Description:A
large pebble beach with a large amount of sand at low tide
and there are numerous rock pools. Parking is very limited
and there are no facilities. There is a steep climb down to
the beach, which is unsuitable for push chairs & wheel
chairs
Directions:Stanbury Mouth is approximately 23 miles from Camelford
and 32 miles from Wadebridge. Take the A39 from Wadebridge
or Camelford. Shortly before Kilkhampton turn left and follow
this road through Stibb and shortly after Stibb turn right.
Follow this road past the turning to Duckpool and past the
radio station. About a mile after the radio station turn left
and follow this road to the parking area. Alternatively park
at Duckpool and walk the coast path north (takes about 30
minutes)
