Description:A large seaside resort with an excellent beach called Summerleaze which includes a free tidal swimming pool. At low tide the sand extends north to Crooklets Beach

Directions:Bude is approximately 17 miles from Camelford and 27 miles from Wadebridge. Take the A39 from Wadebridge or Camelford. Shortly before Bude turn left onto the A3073 and drive into the town centre

Parking:1 large car by the beach. A 2nd large car park is by the bridge over the canal. There is also a car park by Crooklets beach

Dogs:Dogs allowed all year on Summerleaze Beach. Dogs banned on Crooklets beach in the summer
