Description:
Daymer Bay is a super sandy bay with rock pools at the north of the bay. At low tide the sand stretches from Daymer Bay south to Rock to form a huge expanse of sand.

Parking and toilets are close to the beach. There is a small set of steps from the car park to the beach. These steps are not suitable for wheel chairs. There are also other access points to Daymer Bay from the coast path.

Dogs allowed all year at Daymer Bay.
Directions:
Daymer Bay is approximately 7 miles from Wadebridge and 14 miles from Bodmin. Approach Wadebridge on the A389 (from Bodmin) or the A39. At Wadebridge take the B3314 and proceed on the B3314 until a left turn to Rock. Proceed on this road and then turn right onto Trewint Lane (signposted to Daymer Bay). Continue on this road and turn left at a junction. Continue on this road until a left turning for Daymer Bay (signposted to Daymer Bay). Follow this road down to Daymer Bay. There are other routes to Daymer Bay, including via Polzeath. Drive through Polzeath and then the turning to Daymer Bay is on the right.
