Colona Beach is a small sandy cove that is accessible on the coast path on the South Cornwall coast. Parking and toilets are in Mevagissey or Gorran Haven, taking about 1 hour to walk.

Access is via the coast path from Portmellon, taking approximately 30 minutes to walk, though note there is limited parking at Portmellon. Alternatively park at Mevagissey or Gorran Haven taking about 1 hour to walk. Final access to the beach is via a slipway.

Dogs allowed all year.
Directions:
Mevagissey is about 6 miles from St Austell. Approaching St Austell on the A390 turn onto the Mevagissey Road the B3273. Follow this road to Mevagissey and park at Mevagissey. Walk the coast road south to Portmellon. At Portmellon walk along the sea front and then walk left into Chapel Point Lane. Continue on this lane until there is a left turning onto the coast path. Alternatively on the B3273 up the hill from Pentewan, turn right where signposted to Portmellon and Gorran Haven and continue on this road to Gorran Haven.

No car park at Portmellon apart from the pub car park which is for patrons only. There is limited road parking at Portmellon. There are 4 car parks at Mevagissey. There is a large car park at Gorran Haven.
