Description:
Nanjizal is a pleasant white sand beach with fine views looking towards the headland of Carn Boel near Lands End. There are no facilities or parking at Nanjizal and the beach is only accessible by walking.

Access:
Access is via the coast path from either Porthgwarra, Lands End or Sennen Cove. It takes about 30 minutes to walk from Porthgwarra to Nanjizal Beach. Final access to Nanjizal Beach is via steep steps.

Dogs allowed all year on Nanjizal Beach.
Directions:
Porthgwarra is 10 miles from Penzance which is 27 miles from Truro. Approach Penzance on the A30. There are a number of routes to Porthgwarra from Penzance. The easiest is to follow the A30 from Penzance to Sennen. Drive through Sennen and then take a left turning onto the B3315 (signposted to Porthcurno). Continue on this road for several miles until a small hamlet called Polgigga and here turn right signposted for Porthgwarra. Follow this road for a few miles down to Porthgwarra. Then take the coast path (opposite the car park) to Nanjizal (takes 30 minutes walking approx).
