Padstow. A picturesque harbour town on the western banks of the Camel Estuary. To the north of the town and accessible by the coast path is a super stretch of sand from St Georges Cove to Hawkers Cove. Padstow Details

Pendower Beach. A huge sandy beach about 1 mile long, the west part of which is Pendower Beach. There is a slipway down to the beach. Dogs allowed all year (on leads).

Pentewan Sands. A wide sandy beach with a disused harbour. The beach is private but access is allowed from Pentewan village. Pentewan Sand Details
Penzance. Large seaside town with many facilities and long beaches. There is also an outdoor swimming pool by the seafront. Dogs banned in summer. Penzance Details
Perranporth. Large seaside town with a huge sandy beach. There are all the expected facilities. Sloped access to the beach. Dogs allowed all year. Perranporth Details
Perranuthnoe. A wide sandy beach with slipway. Parking and facilities close to the beach. Dogs banned in summer.

Piskies Cove. A picturesque cove with two small sandy beaches separated by rocks. No facilities. Path to the beach is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Dogs allowed all year.

Plaidy. A small but pleasant sandy beach with many rock pools. No facilities or car parking. Access via a slope. Dogs allowed all year. Plaidy Details
Poldhu Cove. A large popular sandy cove with dunes. Facilities are close to the beach and there is level access to the beach. Dogs banned in summer. Poldhu Cove Details
Polkerris. Small village with a stone quay and a small curved sandy beach which is quite popular. There is a slip way to the beach. Dogs banned in summer. Polkerris Details
Polperro. Picturesque working fishing village with a small sandy beach beyond the harbour wall. There is also a tidal pool below the cliffs. Polperro Details
Polridmouth. A pleasant cove with two sandy beaches, but with no facilities or toilets and the parking is some distance away. The path to the beach is not suitable for wheelchairs. Dogs allowed all year. Polridmouth Details
Polurrian Cove. A large perfect sandy beach but with no parking, facilities or toilets. Dogs banned in summer.

Polstreath. A wide sand and pebble beach which is reached via the coast path. Parking, facilities and toilets are at Mevagissey. There is a steep climb to the beach. Polstreath Details
